Halcyon is proud to announce it has secured licensing and agreements for a client to begin planning and development of a special environmental smart city.

The eco-smart city will host a top university and a population of 100,000 people, which can be grown to 1,000,000. The city will be powered solely by renewable energy, and advanced construction techniques such as 3D printing will be used in construction.
